Since Dean Parks has been one of the most recorded guitarists in history there’s a good chance you’ve got records at home with his playing on them. He’s played iconic solos on Steely Dan records and tracks with Bob Dylan, Barbra Streisand and Paul Simon to name a few. And this is only part of the reason he’s been one of my heroes for many years. Of the many instruments Dean is proficient on, his pedal steel playing rivals his brilliant guitar playing for taste and beauty. This concert will also feature my long time musical partners Dave Marotta on bass and Jim Cox on keyboards. And fresh off the David Gilmour tour last year and the David Crosby or Don Felder tours this year, Steve DiStanislao will be joining us on drums. We love the Museum of Making Music for it’s pure commitment to the artists, and our concerts here have become a January tradition!
